The Bligh Island Shipwreck Unified Command

The Bligh Island Shipwreck Unified Command is composed of the Canadian Coast Guard, the BC Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy, and the Mowachaht/Muchalaht First Nation. The Incident Management Team is operating virtually to support COVID-19 safety protocols. All incident management team operations are responsible to Unified Command, including the environment unit.
